Towels and linen are inlcluded in the rent for the holiday apartment -
Electricity is paid separately -
Extra payment for change of towels and linen if required during the rental:
Hand towel, bath towel, sheets, pillow case: 15 Euro per person -
Final cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 50 Euro Deposit -
20% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the booking -
6 weeks prior to the holiday, the balance is required along with

Upon your arrival at San Lucido Beach Resort, you are kindly requested to contact the Reception, who will hand you the key for our apartment No. 16, and read the apartment's electricity meter -
Upon your departure, you are kindly requested to return the key to the Reception, who will read the electricity meter, determine your electricity consumption, and perform an Exit Check to make sure that everything is OK, and that you have had a successful stay at our apartment -
Upon receipt of the Reception’s report, we shall settle the 200 Euro damage deposit with you, and return the balance to you via PayPal or bank transfer -
The Reception will assist you in having a wonderful and memorable stay at San Lucido Beach Resort, and we shall all be available for help and advice throughout your stay in our holiday apartment Tennis Courts and Swimming Pools
You can of course use the 2 floodlit tennis courts and 2 swimming pools at San Lucido Beach Resort free of charge | |
